Supported Employment Program

You want an employee who is eager to work.
You want an employee who comes to work on time, is dependable and does his or her best every day.
You want an employee who comes with a Job Coach who provides the training and support he or she needs to be successful

Nevins Supported Employment

We help people with developmental disabilities get ready for jobs, find job and keep jobs. We help employers find great employees. At Nevins Supported Employment, our goal is success for both employee and employer. We work with people with developmental and similar disabilities – people who are eager for work and opportunity. Applicants for your job opening are pre-qualified by our staff to be both capable and interested in the kind of work you are offering. When you hire through Nevins, you get a great employee and a bonus – a Job Coach who sticks with both of you. Our Job Coach makes follow-along visits twice each month, and is available if if questions or problems arise. If your employee needs training for a new skill, the Job Coach does that too. When you hire through Nevins Supported Employment, you hire a team that is committed to success.

Long Term Follow Along is a services offered by Nevins once an individual secures a job in a work setting.  This service allow for an individual to have visits twice a month to check on progress and make any adjustments if needed.

Nevins also provides CAP MR/DD Supported Employment and CAP MR/DD Long Term Follow Along.
